Kilmer Scholarship
The James M. Kilmer Scholarship is available through the University of Central Missouri Foundation for a UCM student who is an active member of Alpha Chapter of Sigma Tau Gamma Fraternity. This scholarship is made possible by way of a gift from Pearl Piepmeier Kilmer of Chilhowee, Missouri, in memory of her husband: James M. Kilmer, ‘41. Principles Scholarship
Six scholarships are awarded each spring based on the principles of Sigma Tau Gamma. The Principles Scholarship Program is funded by the chapter Heritage Fund and awarded by the alumni scholarship committee based on undergraduate applications. All active undergraduates in good standing are eligible for the Principles Scholarships.
4.0 GPA Scholarship
The chapter awards scholarships to any individual achieving a 4.0 grade point average for the year. There usually are 4.0 recepients but if there are not any the award goes to the highest GPA for the past year.
Most Improved GPA Scholarship
The chapter also awards a scholarship to the undergraduate with the most improved GPA and to the Associate member with the highest GPA.
